Greenhouse gardening is fast becoming more than just a hobby, it's transforming into a global obsession. I've known many an seasonal backyard gardener bring their gardening indoors over the winter by starting their own seeds and forcing bulbs. When that activity no longer appeases their quickly growing need for greenthumbing, they expand further into using cold-frames and starter greenhouses in the earliest spring months. Finally, and inevitably, they give into their addiction completely and graduate to greenhouse gardening; many utilizing heaters and gardening year round.

I myself have fallen victim to this wonderful compulsion and am in the planning stages of incorperating a greenhouse to my yard with the full intension of starting and selling exotics and harder to find annuals and perennials.
